Our Clinical Team
NeuroHome is built by a multidisciplinary team: a medical doctor, a nurse practitioner, specialists in functional neurology and functional medicine, and licensed physical therapists. Each clinician works within their own license and scope of practice, and every family's care plan draws on more than one discipline.
Medical oversight
DC
Dr. David Cuccia, MD
Medical Oversight
Dr. Cuccia earned his medical degree at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed a double residency in internal medicine and emergency medicine through LSU Health Sciences Center at Charity Hospital. He spent about ten years as a hospitalist and primary care physician before completing functional medicine certification through The Institute for Functional Medicine. He founded Cuccia Health Institute in Mandeville, Louisiana. At NeuroHome, he reviews our clinical protocols and cases and oversees lab testing.

JS
Dr. Jared Seigler, DC, CFMP
Functional Medicine
After a decade working with athletes, Dr. Seigler moved into functional medicine. He spent five years as Clinical Director at the Living Proof Institute, where he trained hundreds of clinicians, and now leads functional medicine at NeuroSage. At NeuroHome, he reviews each family's labs and builds their nutrition and supplement plan before intensive care begins.
Licensed therapists and trained coaches
Hands-on program sessions are led by physical therapists licensed in the state where your family lives. Between sessions, trained coaches help you follow the plan your therapist writes. Coaches support the plan; they do not diagnose or treat.
Each clinician practices under their own license, in the states where they hold that license. Some team members serve in advisory roles and may not personally treat every family. NeuroHome programs do not replace care from your child's pediatrician or other physicians.
