What We Address

Does your child struggle with any of these?

Every child arrives with a different label, or none at all. NeuroHome looks beneath the diagnosis at the neurology driving these patterns, not just the surface behavior.

Speech Delays

Targeted protocols help children find their voice, building the neural foundation for expressive language.

Social Engagement

Eye contact, joint attention, and back-and-forth communication develop as the social brain reorganizes.

Sensory Processing

For children overwhelmed by sounds, lights, textures, or crowds, we work to calm the nervous system at the brainstem.

Meltdowns & Anxiety

Severe emotional dysregulation responds to vagal-tone work and primitive reflex integration.

Sleep Dysregulation

When sleep breaks down, everything does. We work to restore the circadian and brainstem inputs that govern it.

Feeding & Texture Aversion

We treat texture aversion and a limited food repertoire as sensory-motor problems to work on, not fixed traits.

Sudden Onset & Regression

Abrupt change after an illness: new tics, OCD, rage, or refusal to eat. Often the picture families bring us with PANS or PANDAS.

Attention & Focus

Restlessness, impulsivity, and the inability to settle to a task, worked at the level of arousal and regulation.

Tics & Involuntary Movements

Motor and vocal tics, blinking, throat-clearing, or repetitive movements a child can't suppress. We work at the level of arousal and motor regulation rather than treating the tic itself.

We don't treat a diagnosis as a set of behaviors to be managed. We treat the nervous system underneath them: the immune, gut, and neurological patterns driving how your child feels and functions.

Support the biology, and behavior follows.

02The method

The same in-clinic sequence, at home.

The question we start with

What is driving your child's nervous system right now, and what input does it need every day to change?

01Look beneath

Look beneath the diagnosis

At-home lab kit goes out before anything else. What comes back tells us which systems are actually under load: immune, inflammatory, gut, metabolic, nutritional, environmental.

Two children with the same label rarely have the same findings.

In many children carrying a developmental diagnosis, we find an immune or post-infectious picture underneath that no one has tested for.

Real Patient Outcomes

Real families. Real words.

Many families come to Dr. Kyle after being told to wait and see. Here is what parents say after working with the NeuroSage team, in their own words. Individual experiences vary.

Stories shared with written family consent. Families come to us with a range of presentations. Individual experiences vary; testimonials are not predictive of any specific outcome.

Questions

Frequently asked

The questions parents bring to every Discovery call, answered up front.

Children with autism, PANS/PANDAS, ADHD, developmental or speech delay, sensory processing difficulties, tics, anxiety and OCD, motor delay, seizures, and learning differences. Also children with no diagnosis yet, whose parents know something is off. We'll tell you honestly at intake if we're not the right fit.

Good. NeuroHome runs alongside your existing medical care, not instead of it. We don't diagnose or treat disease and we don't ask you to stop anything; our work supports nervous-system regulation and functional development.

Just a stable internet connection and a quiet space. We ship the device kit pre-configured with instructions, and our team walks you through setup on Day 1. Most families are running their first session within 15 minutes.

Every child's program is different, so we build your child's plan first. After your intake, you'll receive a personalized plan with the exact investment, before you ever get on a call with us.

NeuroHome is a private-pay program. Financing may be available for qualified applicants, subject to a credit review.

NeuroHome is delivered in your home, so families can join from anywhere. You don't need to live near one of our clinics. Book a Discovery call and we'll walk you through how it works where you live.

A licensed physical therapist delivers every session, one to one, and adapts the plan to your child as they respond. A physician reviews your child's history, orders and interprets the lab panel, and selects the supplement plan. Every clinician is trained on Dr. Kyle Daigle's methodology through the NeuroSage Hub certification program.

We score your child at baseline, mid-program (Week 4) and final (Week 8) using the standardized measure matched to their presentation. It tracks speech, sociability, sensory and cognitive awareness, and health and behavior, giving you and your clinician objective data on what's changing.
